Animal Law Center Weighs in on Trenton Parker’s Planned Horse Executions

Jay Swearingen, attorney with The Animal Law Center, participated today in a lively panel discussion about Mr. Trenton Parker’s threat to execute 24 horses in Weld County. Mr. Swearingen pointed out that there were several legal avenues to protect the horses from Mr. Parker’s planned executions. Peter Boyles invited Mr. Swearingen to call into his named morning program on KHOW 630 AM to present the legal view of the situation.
